Coronavirus: Cases rise to 120 in Rwanda

The Ministry of Health on April 11 announced 2 new cases of COVID-19 bringing the total number to 120. The ministry further said that the two (2) cases were contacts of previous people who tested positive for Coronavirus.

They had been isolated in designated health facilities, and that they were identified after testing 842 samples in the last 24 hours.

Earlier in the day, the Minister of Health, Daniel Ngamije announced that Rwanda had registered 11 new recoveries bringing the total of recoveries to 18 out of 120 identified cases since mid-March. Below is the full announcement.
