Rwanda’s Ministry of Health has today announced 22 new COVID-19 cases bringing the total of Coronavirus cases to 900.The cases were identified after testing 3,002 patients stretching the number of people tested for COVID-19 in the country to 137,751.
At least 15 cases have been recorded in the border districts of Rusizi and Rubavu already under quarantine with 8 and 7 respectively.
“New cases are in Rusizi (8), Rubavu (7), Kigali (6), Kirehe (1),” said a statement released today by the Ministry of Health.
The Recovered have also gone up to 443 after the country recorded 30 new recovered.
Rwanda has recorded two (2) deaths since the new Coronavirus was declared March14, 2020.
