Zimbabwe’s President hands over power to Vice-President for three weeks

Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa handed over power January 14 to the Vice-president for three weeks. He began his annual leave on Yesterday, which he will spend in the country announced Mr. George Charamba, the Spokesperson of the President.
“The Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr. Mugisheck Sibanda wishes to advice that His Excellency the Preside, Dr ED Mnangagwa, started his annual vacation yesterday 13th January 2022. His vocation, which runs until 5th February 2022, will be spent in the country. During this period, Honourable Vice President General (Retired) Dr. CGDN Chiwenga is acting President,” said a statement issued by the President’s Office.
“He will spend the break in the country, largely at his farm, said ”Mr George Charamba through a tweet.
